**REMOTE OPPORTUNITY** MUST LIVE IN TEXAS Job Description: Solution Architect to support all aspects of the Sales Process. This includes, but is not limited to: Needs to be able to Qualify the technical requirements a client has for the Cloud Migration and Management Needs to be able to articulate our Service offerings and describe the technical elements of what we do and how we do it Needs to be able to articulate the client requirements to our Service Delivery team Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Technical support on Sales Calls with End Users, Resellers, and Technology Alliance Partners Needs to be able to articulate the deliverables on a service offering in a Statement of Work for Pro services and a Service Schedule for managed Services Comfortable working with a Sales team and developing strategies to close Professional and Managed Service offerings Basic Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science or Programing Preferred to have at least 3 years experience in a Pre-sales or Solution Architect role Experience in selling a Service offering Experience either directly selling service offerings in the Cloud or selling products that run in a Public Cloud Environment Comfortable presenting and discussing advanced concepts in Cloud computing with CIO/CTO level Executives Preferred Qualifications: Experience in working with or for AWS AWS Certification Advanced knowledge of VMware virtualization products and preferably a working knowledge of VMC (on AWS).
