AST is actively looking for a talented Regional ERP Sales Manager located in the Southeast to grow our ERP Practice. This key role will be an integral part of our national sales team. The ERP Sales Manager ideally will sit in the Tampa, Atlanta, Charlotte, or Miami area. The ideal candidate is experienced and self-motivated. The position will need a leader who can adapt, work in a very fast-paced, enriching environment and desires a full-filling career rather than just a job. What You Bring: 10+ years in ERP Consulting Sales Experience. Particularly selling in the Oracle ERP Ecosystem. Experience in EPM, Cloud Tech/Infrastructure services, Managed Services sales a big plus CX knowledge a plus Track record in working with large enterprise customers and expand company's footprint by cross-selling. Oracle Ecosystem selling experience (must have Oracle contacts and been part of the Oracle ecosystem). CRM, Engagement, Service, CPQ, CDM and Marketing experience – Oracle, SFDC or Microsoft experience is a huge plus Track record in working with large enterprise customers and expand company's footprint by cross-selling. Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets/quotas Strong understanding of the Oracle software suite of products Experience in selling professional services for the Oracle software suite of products Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people Capability to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed Excellent verbal, written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills Organized and detailed oriented Ability to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Willingness to adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude What We Bring: A competitive base salary and a rich sales territory, with no cap.
