Overview: A new role for JAGGAER, the Social Media Manager will shape social media strategy and execution at JAGGAER. Reporting to the Global Content Strategy Manager, this team member will work closely with the Campaigns and Web teams to drive high performance acquisition campaigns to generate net new leads for JAGGAER that match our ICP criteria. Principal Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Take on responsibility for, and execute, JAGGAER’s social media strategy Own the social media aspects of content dissemination; create and maintain a social media calendar of activity Day-to-day management of JAGGAER’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo and Glassdoor, etc. Monitor and report on web and social media metrics and provide recommendations Create original text, image and video content, manage posts; liaise with external content providers Curate content from, and actively monitor, social media of partners, clients and competitors Liaise with SMEs to take part in, or start, online conversations (LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit) Responsible for social media paid campaigns, particularly LinkedIn Responsible for PPC campaigns with Google Ads Responsible for the social media advocacy program; host social media training webinars for sales and field marketing; owner of social media library for marketing and sales Execute influencer marketing plan together with the Content Marketing Manager Position Requirements: Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media marketing within a technology company Excellent copywriting skills Proficient knowledge of French, German, Italian or Spanish is an advantage but is not a requirement Analytical frame of mind, strategic and innovative Experience with social media monitoring software such as Hootsuite Excellent knowledge and experience of paid search implementation and strategy JAGGAER is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and will consider all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, or disability status.
