Integrated 15 acquisitions over the last five years 20%+ annual employee promotion and transfer rate The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for setting and executing the strategy for the Relias social media channels and managing our social media presence, ensuring high levels of audience engagement, customer interaction, and web traffic. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Designing and implementing organic social media strategy to align with business goals Working closely with Demand Generation to strategize, ideate, execute, and manage paid social campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram Setting specific objectives and report on ROI (for organic) and ROAS (for paid) Generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging organic social content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, news) Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics in collaboration with Web Team Working with Brand, PMM, and Demand Generation to strategize and launch integrated social campaigns around relevant healthcare themes and topics Collaborating with other teams to ensure brand consistency Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner, and monitoring customer reviews Overseeing social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures) Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE: A minimum of 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager in DTC B2C or B2B SaaS Hands on experience in content management and creation Excellent copywriting skills Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics Experience managing a social team Knowledge of online marketing channels, to include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Excellent communication skills Analytical and multitasking skills Strong, proven organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution and influencing skills required Self-starter mentality with strong sense of ownership, ability to work autonomously and navigate and succeed in ambiguity Ability to think strategically and execute tactically Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Relias is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free workplace Company: Relias LLC Country: United States of America State/Region: North Carolina City: Morrisville Postal Code: 27560 Job ID: 87625 [[customQuickApply]]87625Relias LLC
