Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:
Recruit the next generation of ERP’s information technology and management consultant talent
Identify leads and close qualified candidates that can support ERP’s national security and healthcare customers’ requirements
Develop strategies to close key hires for in demand positions such as Java Development, Information Security Engineers, and Agile Project Managers
Pipeline, screen and qualify applicants in preparation for candidate profile submission and hiring manager approval
Completes incumbent capture and processing
Networks with industry, references, and contacts to develop leads
Solicits current staff and customers for referrals
Conducts pre- and post-sales recruitment, key personnel selection and market salary analysis
Proactively identifies and attends career fairs, trade shows, meet-ups and other events
Communicates daily with stakeholders on status of requisitions and vacancy fills
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
4+ years of recruiting experience in the IT sector
Knowledge of Federal RFP/RFQ process and Performance Work Statements
Knowledge of sourcing for vacancies that require clearances
A solid understanding of the staffing market: services, competitors, technologies, trends, and contracts
Must be highly motivated and an achiever with the ability to multi-task and manage numerous requisitions simultaneously, meeting established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Must be innovative, solution oriented, and consistent in delivering high quality results
Previous experience as a Facilities Security Officer (FSO) is highly desired
