Position Overview: The Senior Product Manager will work to identify new areas of strategic growth by analyzing industry trends, user workflows, customer needs and market opportunities. This position will lead development of the requirements for new and existing LightBox products and execute overall product plans. This role will align requirements with business priorities to achieve strategic priorities. The Senior Product Manager will learn and understand existing LightBox capabilities and then identify customer pain points and design viable solutions (add-on products, features, mobile, etc.). They will own go-to-market strategy for the product. This role will also work closely with the divisional Product Development leader as well as other departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to influence processes, culture, and best practices within the organization. What you will do and achieve: Establish, drive, and achieve the product objectives within the Segment including competitive analysis, roadmap management, and product launch strategies. Develop and maintain the product roadmap based on customer input, strategic plans and business priorities. Partner with Product Development teams to drive roadmap execution. Develop business and functional specification documents for product enhancements in support of product initiatives. Create, prioritize and maintain user stories and backlog for products. Oversee scope adjustments and coordinate with cross-functional teams. This typically involves creating internal notifications, customer announcements, training internal staff (key stakeholders), as well as supporting sales and support on key accounts. Ensure high-quality implementation by taking part in quality assurance assessment (i.e. UAT). Work closely with other Product Managers to maintain strategic alignment. Develop and present product-related initiatives for internal stakeholders as well as customers that help grow our business. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to lead commercialization (pricing, licensing, margin, sales and marketing channels) and product positioning strategies. Be an evangelist and SME (subject matter expert) for your product. This will include customer-facing engagements and some content production. Achieve proficiencies in the Segment such that you are recognized for your Vision for our customers and solution sets, your Boldness in fighting for our good ideas, and your leadership of matrixed and ad-hoc teams assembled to help us achieve our Segment objectives. Who you are: Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience MBA (preferred) Experience 7-9 years of experience in product management 4-6 years writing user stories / functional specifications and execution of product plans. 7 + progressive experience in enterprise Software-as-a-Service solutions Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams: Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum product development methodologies Experience in full product development lifecycle including deployment Key Knowledge & Skills Product Management as a discipline Project management to organize tight timelines and constrained resources. Execution of product objectives and roadmaps. Proven skills in leading teams and effectively representing the needs of customers. Ability to understand complex real estate concepts. Ability to make sound decisions when faced with trade-offs. Ability to manage within a matrixed organization and evaluate optimal execution paths.
