Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart and high achieving Senior National Sales Engineering Manager with proven experience and a passion for selling HVAC solutions. You will be responsible for onboarding new sales offices prospects, as well as, coaching existing sales offices to ensure continual orders. Measures of success include new and existing sales office orders, gains in market share, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success. We produce brand named equipment for a national HVAC company and are searching for a Senior National Sales Engineering Manager to train existing national brand sales office and to set up independent sales offices to represent our own brand of air- and water-cooled chillers. Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 Benefits: 401(k) Dental Insurance Employee Assistance Program Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Vision Insurance Responsibilities: Oversee Sales Engineers and Sales Engineer Managers Territory Manager working remote must be able to travel Learn the technical details concerning how our software works and what problems it solves for our clients Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clients Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through digital channels Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis Partner with sales offices to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles Successfully match customer requirements to proposed solutions through selection and application of air- and water-cooled chillers and condensing units to meet their needs Qualifications: 8+ years of HVAC Sales Manager experience Master's degree of Science in Engineering or related field of study 4+ years' experience in a supervisory position Excellent communication and leadership skills Familiarity with project management solutions a plus Willingness to travel Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in HVAC applications and/or service Indeed Hire and Napps Technology Corporation are working together to find the best candidate for this job.
