Eagle Rock is a privately held, fully integrated real estate operating company whose principals have over 20 years of experience in acquiring, financing, developing, leasing, managing, and disposing of real estate. Headquartered in NY, our company has over 200 real estate professionals currently operating roughly 7,000 apartments throughout Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Hands-on accounting experience journal entries, sub-ledger analysis, and communication with operational divisions Prepare accruals, pre-paid and other journal entries as required Monthly, quarterly and year end closing Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred Minimum of 5 years’ experience required Real Estate residential experience a must Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Must be a team-player having the ability to multi-task and is self-directed Must be deadline focused, organized, and exhibit problem-solving skills.
