Job Description

The selected applicant will be responsible for establishing communication with prospective clients via phone, email, and other mediums, to introduce them to TSI’s product line and schedule Discoveries for Regional Sales Managers to conduct. Additionally, this position will proactively update SalesForce with prospect target information, and become a knowledge expert on TSI Healthcare’s main products & service offerings. The Account Development Specialist Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Research prospect targets and those provided through lists and other mediums. Conduct outbound calls to prospects in an assigned territory. Engage with prospects to ask fact?finding questions, discover pain points, succinctly convey TSI’s Value and influence prospects to schedule a “Discovery” with the Regional Sales Manager. Gather sufficient information about the prospect to track in SalesForce CRM. Set timely follow?up tasks and execute on them to keep the sales cycle in motion. Think creatively to engage hard?to?reach prospects. Effectively enter, record, save, or maintain information in written or electronic format. Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships – develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time. Effectively communicate with supervisors, peers, or subordinates. Qualifications Knowledge of: Principles and methods to demonstrate, promote and sell products and services. Includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales process, and qualifying. Customer and personal service principles and processes that include customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Skill Requirements Possess strong problem-solving skills Persuade others to change their minds or behavior. Understand written “scripts” and other work?related documents. Speak clearly to others to convey information effectively. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral skills. Excellent phone skills; not intimidated or inhibited. Efficiently and effectively utilize a personal computer and software solutions. Able to interact with outside contacts and employees of all levels. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment English language structure and content, including word definition and spelling and proper grammar. Able to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently. Maintain a positive attitude Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented Proficient computer usage, set up functions, research and data?entry. Willingness to openly communicate and contribute during weekly staff meetings or otherwise. Ability to balance multiple prospect campaigns/deadlines/projects Professional, dependable, and punctual demeanor Experience Previous outbound telemarketing experience and lead generation preferred Salesforce experience a plus
