Job Description HII Technical Solutions Division (TSD) is looking for a Senior Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist in our Abingdon, MD location. Essential Job Responsibilities Designs and implements business processes to enable product research and development portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management. Designs related integrated process and product team activities and directs technical and operational activities to ensure vertical and horizontal integration. Provides product portfolio analyses and reports to management committees for support of decision-making. Leads teams in strategy efforts, lifecycle management planning, and assessments of probability-of-success. Develops systems to support dynamic portfolio management. Serves a key role in portfolio evaluation process. Drives initiatives across functions, research and development units to create fully integrated strategies. Monitors and reports on portfolio status and proactively addresses and resolves issues. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years experience with a Bachelors degree or 3+ years experience with a Masters degree or HS diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience. Coordinate with research, development and engineering centers (RDECs)/Army Research Laboratory (ARL) and subject matter experts (SMEs), including scientists and engineers on the collection of technical documentation products, performing analysis of content against Army science and technology requirements and priorities in support of the Director of HQ G5. Support Research Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) Headquarters (HQ) with program analysis support. Support includes task, tech data, and information reviews and analysis. Develop response strategies for HQ engagement and coordination, to include Major Commands (MACOMs), Department of the Army (DA), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), etc. Tailor or scale information and data sets as required to technical stakeholders. Provide program strategies, requirements analysis to include technical analysis of new initiatives. Clearance: Must possess and be able to maintain an active TS/SCI clearance. Preferred Requirements Experience in the science and technology field with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in analysis.
