Job Description

We are Specialties Direct, a national distributor of CSI Division 10 products. From restroom accessories, flagpoles, visual display boards, lockers, restroom partitions and replacement hardware. Our strong relationships with product manufacturers, strategically located facilities and extensive construction experience make SDI uniquely qualified to offer the capabilities of a large national company with the service, care and knowledge of a local provider. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow customer base within large geographic territory. Create and execute specific strategic plan to profitably grow the business. Attain revenue targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Director. Assist and guide customers in product selection, and influence sale towards strategic brands. Evaluate, monitor, and resolve sales related issues in a timely manner. Participate in construction site meetings as required to assist in issue resolution. Collect market intelligence and competitor activity information, and share through company database. Provide timely and accurate forecasts on sales projections. Generate accurate and timely field reports. Participate in industry and promotional events. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent communication skills. Strong business and negotiation skills. Good team player in a target driven environment. Well organized, dependable, honest, motivated, and enthusiastic. Creative thinker and ability to solve problems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent. Outside sales experience.
