Job Description

Risen Labs is seeking a Sales Representative with proven success selling business to business in the cannabis industry. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Sales Representative will be responsible for the distribution of our clients products to licensed dispensaries throughout Northern California. EXISTING CANNABIS SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Job Duties and Responsibilities: Identify potential clients in the target market through cold calling Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships Clearly communicate the value of our clients products Plan and perform sales calls, appointments, and site visits Close sales by building rapport with potential client; explaining product, overcoming objections Negotiate contract terms with clients Create distribution schedules to ensure products are delivered on time Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news Travel required (70% or more) Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree required. CRM experience required Established sales and business connections to the owners and executives of premium licensed dispensaries Extensive knowledge of cannabis products is required 3-5 years experience selling business to business within the cannabis industry Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Successful track record of selling in the California cannabis market Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills Car required for travel.
