Digital Marketers will: Develop Digital Ecosystem: develop a digital marketing plan for the Business Segment aligned with the Pentair enterprise-wide digital strategy; support Corporate marketing team in building the enterprise-wide digital platform as the Business Segment specialist; build and optimize digital ecosystem for a consistent and persistent customer experience across all Business Segment digital touch-points Lead Generation/Nurture: generate leads via digital, content, social and traditional marketing channels with the aim of maintaining and nurturing existing customer base while increasing new site visits and growing the number of new customers to reach marketing and sales goals; digital go-to-market planning for new products and services Digital Content Development: create and maintain relevant and best-in-class content across all digital platforms Team-building: the DMM will lead the creative and digital teams and will help drive performance of marketing Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the Business Segment that includes web, digital content, mobile and tablet applications; ensure alignment with enterprise digital marketing strategy Drive growth in business through digital marketing lead generation campaigns; improving lead to close win rates through lead nurture campaigns Support global product launches by managing and producing content for different digital media in an effort to deliver an integrated experience. Translate brand positioning and messaging to the online and mobile channels Support Corporate digital team to migrate existing websites to a standardized enterprise platform Develop sales enablement tools for web and mobile applications Have a solid understanding of analytics with the ability to analyze and interpret data, setup annotations, understand conversion goals, track performance, review digital campaign impact on other channel traffic and conversion metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, channel, product and IT staff members Identify, select and manage third-party suppliers where external services are required Research and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies to optimize current business practices Create relevant digital content, including customer stories optimized for search engines Track end-to-end performance and share best practices to ensure continuous improvements Lead digital marketing team members to improve go-to market strategy of the entire digital marketing ecosystem Participate in sales meetings, kaizen events, etc. that require digital expertise as an input for success Participate in marketing team discussions to ensure strategies and activities are aligned with vertical market plans Perform other duties as required Be required to travel 10% - 25% You should: Have earned at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field Have 5+ years of experience in in B2B digital marketing and advertising Have excellent grasp of website metrics, best practices and social media Have demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO Have advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS required Be able to optimize online advertising campaigns to cost-effectively drive lead generation across advertising networks (this may include social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) Be able to benchmark and set new KPI targets - measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Have experience growing social channels including YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. Have exemplary and proven project management, cost estimating and process skills Be able to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, across job functions Advanced understanding and experience in the use of digital media to advance core marketing principles Be able to market and present web/digital strategies to diverse audiences, manage multiple projects and maintain schedules and budgets Be able to think strategically and execute tactically Be innovative and adaptable - demonstrate entrepreneurial abilities, with start-up business/project skills Have change management skills or experience - persuasive, encouraging and motivating Have high energy and a teamwork focused attitude Demonstrate a high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence Have strong project management, organizational and communication skills with the proven ability to multitask Be able to prioritize, work independently, solve problems and work comfortably under pressure Additional Information: How Performance Wil Be Measured: How well DMM improves digital ecosystem through integration and navigation of all digital marketing touch points for all Business Segment customers including company websites, specialized communities, partner portals, etc.; how well Business Segment DMM supports enterprise web migration Helping to drive growth in business by building and executing digital marketing campaigns; bringing collaboration within the marketing department; reporting and optimizing on those campaigns in great detail Support global product launches by managing the digital content and offer information for different media, such as web content, videos, and brochures to tell the whole story and deliver an integrated experience Quality of relevant and engaging digital content created and optimized for search; ability to manage content life cycle together with cross-functional content owners Pentair is an Equal Opportunity Employer Diversity and Inclusion: With our expanding global presence, cross-cultural insight and competence are essential for our ongoing success.
