Position Overview: Wavetron Enterprise is looking for Sales Manager with minimum of 5 years experience in Construction and Roofing Business.This position will be responsible for developing relationships and providing strategic direction to assist the corporation’s growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales opportunities, creating and developing marketing/advertising plans and content, and implementing sales and marketing objectives. This candidate will be responsible for providing all necessary reporting and providing feedback directly to the Operations Manager. Areas of this sales are: - Building Construction Road Construction Bridge Construction DAM maintenance Interior Design Roofing Paving, Landscaping & Irrigation Electrical Installations Plumbing HVAC Position Responsibilities: Identify, develop and lead new business development for assigned territories, overseeing all new account contact and sales activity Set and meet sales goals, develop forecasts, maintain active account opportunity pipeline, track opportunities, manage the sales fulfillment process and report regularly on progress to executive management Must have 5 years experience in roofing or construction industries. Prepare and communicate solution overview, pricing, proposals, presentations, contracts, negotiate the terms and conditions of the sale, and close the final agreement Update CRM management information daily and document sales activity, transactions, account, client information and revenue opportunities as required Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets; maximize profitability and new business financial performance by managing costs and customer pricing Work with our marketing team to research, create and manage lead/prospect funnel Work closely with internal and external teams as required to manage client fulfillment.Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. Training new sales representatives and help them develop their skills. Position Requirements: Must have Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing or advertising. Serious commitment to achieving success, goal driven. Experience in sales, marketing or related field. Must have 5+ years experience in B2B, B2C, door-to-door sales, telemarketing, and cold calls. Ability to manage complex projects and mult-task. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty. Personable, presentable and articulate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong administration and organizational skills A competitive spirit and strong work ethic Able to work well with a team as well as independently Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, and various sales software Sales Manager must understand sales lead generation methodologies and CRM uses.
