Napps Technology Corporation is currently seeking a Sales Engineer Manager to join our team! About: We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart, and high achieving National Sales Engineering Manager with proven experience and a passion for selling HVAC solutions. You will be responsible for onboarding new sales office prospects, as well as, coaching existing sales offices to ensure continual orders. Measures of success include new and existing sales office orders, gains in market share, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success. We produce brand named equipment for a national HVAC company and are searching for a National Sales Engineering Manager to train existing national brand sales office and to set up independent sales offices to represent our own brand of air- and water-cooled chillers. Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 (base plus commission) Benefits: 401(k) Dental Insurance Employee Assistance Program Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Vision Insurance Qualifications: 5+ Years of HVAC Sales Manager experience Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field of study Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner Ability to prioritize and multitask Familiarity with CRM platforms Strong Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills Familiarity with OEM operations and manufacturing processes Proficient with organizing and processing large amounts of data Proven track record selling complex HVAC equipment (i.e. chillers, air handlers, split systems) Self-starter Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in HVAC applications and/or service Strong leadership qualities Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time Responsibilities: Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales organization Partner with sales offices to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles Successfully match customer requirements to proposed solutions through selection and application of air- and water-cooled chillers and condensing units to meet their needs Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement in product mix, product features, pricing and more Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting Report on team and individual performance Build and form new partnerships with potential clients and sales offices in order to develop and execute innovative sales strategies Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition by describing the products features, benefits, differentiators and applications Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements Indeed Hire and Napps Technology Corporation are working together to find the best candidate for this job.
