CaseGlide is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing Sales and Marketing team. As a member of the team, you'll play a key role in our marketing and sales efforts through the development of qualified leads that result in effective product demos and sales for the company. You’ll be an integral part of building the company’s sales pipeline, utilizing your talents to work and grow in your career and contributing to CaseGlide’s success. Responsibilities Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities, advancing them in the company’s sales cycle Employ creative lead generation tactics to source and target potential sales prospects via phone and email outreach Utilizing data tools and online resources, identify decision-makers and influencers within prospect organizations Consistently meet your target goals for qualified demos booked and completed Accurately enter and maintain clean data in our CRM Qualifications Able to self-motivate and work independently in a fast-paced environment Personable and outgoing, professional and a quick learner Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic Strong sense of initiative, results-oriented and desire to achieve Strong written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines Preferred Qualifications High activity sales environment- Scheduling 5+ demos per week Experience calling into an organization and reaching decision makers and influencers Property and Casualty insurance industry or prior legal software sales experience a plus Experience with B2B software sales Experience with a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce.com, etc.) About CaseGlide: The mission of CaseGlide is to provide claims professionals and their attorneys with the innovation they need to be effective and proactive.
