Sales Counselor Position Available!!! Duties & Responsibilities: Prospect Management & Conversion: Meets IL & AL sales goals for sales, calls, and appointments. Track applicant's progress through the admission process, including LOC assessment, medical records, closing/move-in date, and orientation. Schedule and organize sales presentations, tours, or in-home visits with prospects and/or their family members. Plus, conduct timely follow-ups by calls, emails, or in-person appointments. Record all relevant prospect information into CRM, use CRM to plan and prioritize and manage sales activities. Assists with marketing events by participating in the planning and coordination of events. Assists at the event, such as welcoming, conducting tours, presenting, or other tasks. Market Salemtowne to prospective residents, family members, physicians, or other referrals, using various methods, including, promotional materials, telephone calls, or personal visits. Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales activities. Minimum education preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Marketing, Communications, or related Human Services field Minimum experience required: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in nonprofit marketing, admissions, or social work preferably in long-term, healthcare, hospital, or continuing care setting(s)
