We provide credit card processing, ACH/Check processing, processing equipment and software, fraud prevention and other merchant services. Job requirements: Have experience with payments and merchant services Work with agents and sales partners Assist with deployment of terminals and processing equipment while maintaining inventory Manage and maintain CRM database Provide level one technical support General support inquiries pertaining to terminal and hardware, reconciliation/statements, fees, and other general questions Perform welcome calls to merchants and partners Coordinate processor changes with VARs and POS vendors Communicate with underwriters, customer service representatives and other departments to manage clients and accounts Help setup software and equipment College degree not required Bilingual is a plus Experience in merchant services and payment processing is required Key Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a matrix/team environment Strong analytical skill set and motivated to learn Excellent attitude and motivated to grow with the company is a must Must be organized and have a strong computer understanding in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
