Description JOB SUMMARY: The marketing manager role will ensure regional marketing programs are developed and executed to support corporate objectives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Physical Exam & Diagnostics â€“ U.S., this role will identify opportunities, create marketing programs, and execute tactics to deliver measurable results. This role is responsible for providing leadership and creativity in the planning, reporting and execution of regional plans, working both with the SBU and Sales leadership teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops & executes the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for the Physical Blood Pressure Cuff, Womenâ€™s Health, and Thermometry business in the United States. Responsible for understanding and leveraging the regional buying process and developing marketing and promotional plans; including segmentation, messaging, demand creation, and metrics for evaluating effectiveness. Responsible for supporting the U.S. P&L for Physical Assessment product categories. Provides input for regional forecasts and works with the SBU and sales leadership to help deliver the regional financial plan. Responsible for competitive and market share analysis for the region. Responsible for regional specific market research plans and execution. Enforces regional pricing policies and determines Regional contract and GPO bid pricing strategies for Blood Pressure Cuffs, Womenâ€™s Health, and Thermometry products. Is a thought leader in the market and provides input into new product development and portfolio management. Analyzes and interprets data from multiple sources to make informed business decision for the Blood Pressure Cuff, Womenâ€™s Health, and Thermometry product portfolio within the Region. Manages private label and other business partnerships with distributors and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOâ€™s) within the Blood Pressure Cuff, Womenâ€™s Health, and Thermometry portfolios. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: B.S in Business, Marketing. Strong preference for MBA 5 plus years successful experience in medical device marketing including product management and promotional responsibilities. 5 plus years of success with increasing levels of cross functional experience.
