Description: Summary: The Marketing Product Data Manager is responsible for activities focused on, but not limited to, management and organization of Radiansâ€™ product data, support of customersâ€™ product data needs and integrations, product data roadmap and integrations, and data regulation compliance. The ideal candidate is an organized, data-driven individual with great communication skills. This person needs the ability to accurately and efficiently communicate technical details to coworkers, vendors, and partners who have varying ranges of technical understanding. The position occasionally assists customers, so proper customer service etiquette is required. The candidate should have experience with product information databases (specific experience with Salsify is a plus), CRM, technology integrations (including the use of APIs), and project management. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas is required. Responsibilities: Work with the product development and marketing departments to ensure that Radiansâ€™ product information database stays up to date as products evolve, new products are added, and old products are removed. Audit existing product data to look for errors, out-of-date information and make the necessary corrections. Become and expert on Radiansâ€™ data infrastructure in order to troubleshoot issues and identify areas of improvement. Partner with the sales department to facilitate customer requests for product data exports/integrations and catalog creations. Support the Marketing department with website integrations and developments. Assist in the creation of email workflows, nightly data refreshing, eCatalogs, and pricelists. . Requirements: Requirements/Skills: Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the Salsify or other similar PIM solution (Product Information Management) BA/BS degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, Business, IT, Database Management, or Computer Sciences preferred. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and formulas. 3+ years experience with development of API integrations, data mapping, and data infrastructure Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner. Excellent skills in attention to detail, time management, critical thinking, and communication. Ability to balance multiple tasks, projects, and due dates at one time. Previous experience with the Salsify PXM platform preferred. Knowledge and experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
