Gardner Denver Nash, a global leader in the manufacture of Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps and Centrifugal Blowers, is looking for a motivated rotating equipment Authorized Service Center (ASC) Coordinator to facilitate workflow, technical direction and general day-to-day needs in support of our ASC partner businesses throughout North America. This position is based in Bentleyville, PA or can be remote.
Build sustainable trust through open and interactive communication with ASCs.
Facilitate the timely resolution of ASC-related product and service issues by clarifying the ASC’s area of concern, determining root cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting the corrective action and diligently following-up to ensure resolution and that the highest standards of customer satisfaction are maintained.
Daily follow-up of outstanding open issues, maintenance for quotations and other key metrics as required.
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary at all levels of the organization, from field personnel to senior management.
Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools for quoting, ordering, processing forms, applications and other requests made by the ASC.
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
Work with the OE & AM teams to plan & schedule ASC Technicians visits to customer sites for commissioning, technical and warranty services, as needed.
Parts planning and confirmation for ASC partners.
Perform quoting, planning, scheduling, reporting and billing for field services.
Manage incoming call from ASCs.
Work with Customer, ASEs, PMs and Service managers to ensure proper customer service is being delivered at all times.
Manages, maintains and plans training, as required, for ASC partners.
Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes from ASCs.
Periodically reviews and offers improvement suggestions on sales and support materials
Travel is not expected but some training, other company site visits could involve limited travel

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Saleforce.com, SAP, general business managing/operating software experience preferred
Prior experience as a Customer Service Technician, Customer Care Representative, Inside Sales Representative or Field Service Technician
Rotating equipment experience preferred
Minimum Associates Degree in Science or Business preferred, relevant equivalent experience considered.
