We are looking for a Marketing Content Director with in our Mortgage vertical who will advise, conceptualize, develop, and implement multichannel B2B2C marketing campaigns for our Mortgage customers and stand-alone assets that Total Expert customers can deploy to grow their business. The role will build marketing campaign strategies and tactics for digital and print channels, develop content, and collaborate within a high-performing team including subject matter experts, designers, developers and project managers to execute and deploy assets. You will be instrumental in understanding audience, measuring performance and working with customers to maximize impact. To be successful in this role, you'll need to have experience specifically in the mortgage industry or the mortgage division of larger financial services organization. The work you do will empower tens of thousands of financial services leaders to help their customers make critical financial decisions that shape their lives. Exciting work youâ€™ll be doing: Lead account strategy and planning. Track, report and analyze performance to maintain and optimize existing programs. Utilize Total Expert MOS to implement content, make edits and optimize assets. Execute a strong sense of urgency and a strategic vision with your teams to ensure we enhance the experience of our customers. Set the long-term vision for Total Expert by analyzing the current state, identifying areas of improvement and implementing innovative ideas to benefit the customer experience. Provide oversight of customer retention/renewal strategy & the operational plan. Follow and manage to our Total Expert Success Principles. Understand, define, drive value proposition for Total Experts customers. Define customersâ€™ needs and build business case based on strategic goals and objectives. Handle customer escalations in a timely manner and with a process that keeps the customerâ€™s satisfaction at the forefront, while also maintaining Total Expertâ€™s standards and expectations. Develop relationships with Total Expert customer executives, administrators and champions, understanding the market and their pain points. Successfully plan, design, develop and deploy lead generation and customer nurture programs for Total Expert customers. Establish a path for team members to grow their careers and develop their skills/capabilities Delegate and encourage team members to take ownership of various aspects of the engagement and look for succession planning across the team for future engagements. Advocate for customer and customer success team by communicating challenges / roadblocks at executive level. Proactively build Total Experts brand and relationships with prospective customers. Passionate about building great products, innovation and solving complex customer problems. Solid track record of building relationships and influencing without authority at all levels of the organization. Oversee the development and execution of tiered strategic account plans with knowledge of the customerâ€™s market and business objectives. Requirements What we look for: 7+ yearsâ€™ experience in creating content marketing in the mortgage industry or the mortgage division of larger financial services organization. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, journalism, or related field. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage internal and external customer partnerships and expectations. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. High energy, flexibility, and â€œCan-doâ€ attitude in approaching challenges in a fast, constantly changing environment. Experience developing and implementing strategic marketing communications plans and B2B2C programs. Impeccable follow up and strong sense of urgency, ability to drive to outcome. Resilience, flexibility, and positive energy â€“ the ability and passion to go above-and-beyond when needed â€“ embracing a start-up environment. Demonstrated knowledge of effective marketing and communications techniques, especially email. Demonstrated ability to plan for, carry out and provide support for projects with minimal supervision. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and complete tasks on time within an extremely fast-paced environment.
