Company Description: Lihao Holding Group, Inc. is a medical concierge consulting company in Newport Beach, CA, whose mother company, Shenzhen Longcheng Hospital is based in China. Shenzhen Longcheng Hospital is a 800-bed hospital specializing in the rehabilitation field. Our local office is dealing with Overseas Chinese patients who are seeking for high quality US medical services. Due to the pandemic, currently we are focused on tele-health and providing a resource for individuals to learn about diseases, disorders, health challenges, and all possible treatments. The role of the Marketing and Administrative Coordinator is to work with fellow colleagues and the management team. Key duties include: organization including implementation and administration of the policies and procedures established by Lihao, plans and executes events and activities, create a social media presence to brand and market our company, help update company website, and work on marketing aesthetics in general. He/she will positively communicate with other colleagues and contribute to the growth of the company. Skills Required: Excellent written and oral communications Event management Highly organized and detail oriented Creative and strategic thinking Problem solving Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Excellent customer service Experience with and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of social media platforms Knowledge of website building QuickBooks experience and proficiency Duties: Coordinates all administration related to Lihao. This includes, but is not limited to: Answering phone calls, addressing the need of the caller Responding to email inquiries in a timely manner Greeting and assisting office visitors in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs (currently remote and not working in office) Assisting in promoting anything needed for the company Compiling creative information on a weekly basis Assisting in the coordination of the planning, scheduling, marketing, promoting, executing of all events and activities Maintaining company website and social media platforms Creating marketing flyers, forms, etc in a timely manner Working with Quickbooks for all aspects of bookkeeping Other duties assigned. Compensation: $18-22/hour Hours: 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday - Friday, in the time being during COVID-19.
