Job Description

Review Boost has a rapidly expanding and well established client base that needs pro-active account management, stellar customer service, and new client on boarding. We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager/Customer Service Representative that is able to jump in quickly. Heavy phone work, and ability to be an effective communicator/problem solver is a MUST. An ideal candidate will have the highest level of professionalism, ability to develop relationships, manage client expectations, learn quickly, and have a team oriented attitude. Must be comfortable with working diligently and effectively on the telephone and utilizing the resources provided. Must possess a calm, confident, and helpful demeanor over the telephone, but most importantly, you must be an active listener/communicator.
