Job Description: Account Manager (AM) will provide different roles within the General Services Team serving as the primary check point for all departments within the Team. Duties for this position include: All Budget Management for General Services Agreement with Client Hiring, Firing, HR Administration, On-Boarding, and training for all positions Up to Date Covid-19 Processes and Chemical Recommendations from CDC/ABM Weekly Safety Meetings through all Departments SOW Re-Construction: Review, recommendations, modifications, and implementation with assistance of Client and ABM Mgmt. Consumables Management: Inventory, Receiving, Stocking, and dispenser fulfillment Establishing and maintain a logistical schedule for Adds/Moves/Changes as it coincides with the Utility Staff. Developing Centralized Trash and Mail Plan through guidance of Client and ABM Mgmt. Job Requirements: Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word and Lotus Notes. Excellent leadership skills. Work experience in the parking industry preferred. Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
