Twinbrook Insurance, a Brown & Brown Company, in Braintree, MA is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team! This individual is responsible for providing prompt, courteous and accurate service to Clients, Producers, and Company personnel, in relation to their assigned book of business. The position is ultimately responsible for all insurance related activities associated with maintaining and growing their book of business while adhering to all company guidelines and procedures. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for all activities associated with servicing and/or renewing their assigned book of business. Reviews client’s accounts (producer and non-producer) in detail to determine whether changes are needed or re-marketing is required to the client’s insurance program. If changes are needed or remarketing is identified, the position will work directly with the client or producer to secure the appropriate risk information to prepare and submit the applications necessary to obtain a quote/proposal which will then be presented to the client or prospect. Identifies cross selling opportunities. Works directly with the Client or Producer to obtain the necessary underwriting information, to prepare the submission, create the quote/proposal and if appropriate sell the coverage to the client. Builds and maintains positive working relationships with Company Marketing Representatives and Underwriters that allow Twinbrook the opportunity to negotiate favorable underwriting considerations. Provides direction and oversight to the Commercial Lines Account Assistant relating to both the New Business and In Force (renewal) processes. Working with the CL Assistant, will delegate work and provide the training and on-going coaching necessary for the Assistant to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. May also be responsible for all aspects of the new business process, including account marketing, preparation of submissions, obtaining quotations, creating proposals and binding coverage. Required Skills High School Diploma, required. Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experienced (5+ years) insurance professional with an in depth knowledge of the Property & Casualty marketplace. Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Valid Property & Casualty License Strong preference to candidates with experience working with AMS360. Salary Range Negotiable, depending on professional experience.
