**Ideal Candidate will have proven track record of 4+ years in Sales in the Events, Hospitality or Hotel Industry** Primary Duties: The Account Executive is responsible for daily sales and marketing work team management, as well as developing, coordinating and executing client meetings and events. The person in this position will spend time attending industry functions, execute marketing campaigns, participate in refer and retain marketing programs and much more! Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, CRM platforms and Social tables. 2+ years of managerial experience is preferred. Strong Comprehensive knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth area is preferred. The person working in this position will work an irregular schedule, including some nights and weekends as well as potential travel outside of Texas; work in and out of an office environment; and may direct temporary workers during programs. The person in this position will spend daily/weekly time on the following: Cultivate relationships within their professional network Attend industry functions to network and learn Participate in refer and retain marketing programs Achieving short term and long term sales goals Execute marketing campaigns as needed Actively pursue leads to create opportunities for sales Managerial skills needed to motivate, mentor, and train team members to meet and exceed team sales goals Respond to inbound leads from senior personnel and web inquiries Nurture prospects throughout the inquiry process Collect information about prospects, their companies and past programs Discover prospect needs Work with program designers to create a program that meets the prospect’s needs Assist in the design and creativity of prospect’s proposal/presentation Make compelling sales presentations for prospect review Develop budgets, timelines and other support documents for prospective clients Close business using established concession allowances Create robust and complete files for the operational team Make clients feel trustworthy and comfortable with the company after the booking Fill out and apply sales and administrative work as required by SOPs Work hands-on with the client to develop their program Assist with Detailing the program with vendor partners and program managers Create floor plans, timelines, agendas, budgets and other program documents for internal and external use Assist with operating the program as outlined to meet client expectations Close out the program with client feedback forms, gifts and referral requests Submit invoices and other administrative work as required by SOPs Other duties as assigned by supervisor The person working in this position will work an irregular schedule, including some nights and weekends as well as potential travel outside of Texas; work in and out of an office environment; and may direct temporary workers during programs.
