We are seeking a Site Installation Manager to join our Symmons Water Management team. Our Symmons Water Management Technology enables commercial properties to gain valuable insights into the operation of their plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will apply their project and team management expertise, technical aptitude, and strong interpersonal skills to lead and grow our Symmons Water Management system installation function. They will be a key contact working with our internal customer success team and third-party partners to plan and schedule installations/field support calls. Works with our customers at their site to insure an effective installation and superior customer experience Identifies and evaluates potential third-party installation partners nationwide Owns the relationship with our installation partners – agreements made, insure alignment, and set expectations with partners Conducts installation process training for third party installation team members Leads the installation team on-site providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance Performs on-site quality checks and audits of installations and installation teams Insures that all processes are followed including ordering and return of unused materials May require climbing ladders or periodically transporting items Working Relationships: Collaborates with cross functional teams including Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Quality on a national basis. 5+ years project or team management experience, preferably in commercial environments (e.g. construction management, installation management) Associates degree in Construction Management or equivalent technical school training (required). Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME), Construction Management, Business Management, Computer Science, or another applicable field (preferred). Installation team experience Commercial plumbing system experience (installation and/or service) is a plus Computer proficient in Microsoft Suite and other project management/scheduling software tools Demonstrated customer facing experience Team player-ability to work as part of a cross functional team Mechanical aptitude Outstanding attention to detail Proactive problem solver Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment Clear and effective communicator 50% travel Symmons Industries is a premier manufacturer of commercial and residential plumbing products, setting the standard for quality in plumbing fittings since 1939.
