For more information, visit * General Position Summary: The Account Director will join a rapidly growing team and will report directly to the SVP, Partner Solutions and Service. This role is responsible for servicing a select list of strategic accounts across multiple key lines of business – Life Sciences, Payers and Consumer Testing labs/resellers. The Account Director should be able to successfully juggle multiple responsibilities across several key accounts, including: Main client-facing representative on key accounts Hold weekly status meetings and attend other key client meetings Work with PM to ensure projects are developed on time and with superior customer service Act as key liaison for issue escalation and develop mitigation plan Work with internal teams to optimize all programs deployed for key accounts Share key metrics and performance reports with clients on regular basis Work with Business Development owner to uncover growth opportunities and achieve account growth goals Prepare long-term and short-term account plans Build trust and long-term relationships with clients Present account updates to PWN leadership team Desired Skills and Experience: Background Bachelor’s Degree required 10+ years of strategic account management experience required Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to maximize performance without compromising quality, budget, or timelines.
