We work on national brands, but are small enough to give our clients the individual service they deserve. We are looking for an Account Director who is adept at building strong client relationships and providing strategic and growth solutions for a roster of clients. S/he is accountable for the relationship with the client including overall client satisfaction and managing their expectations while ensuring the work that is delivered exceeds goals. S/he identifies great work and understands the importance of flawless delivery. **This is a remote position.** Duties & Responsibilities: A full understanding of all client goals, pain points, key issues, opportunities, competitive landscape, industry trends. Thorough understanding and ongoing research of client’s business and industry to identify risks and opportunities to move them forward. Translate and prioritize client needs to the agency team. Actively listen to, conceptualize, and plan solutions that drive measurable results. Provide a model of leadership and collaboration by being prepared, proactive, thorough, accurate, strategic and open-minded. Direct team in planning work and stand behind team and agency decision-making, fostering collaboration among agency departments. Demonstrate the willingness to push your team and the agency to continually provide exceptional service and strategy. Exhibit confidence, authority, and level-headed decision making as the leadership voice on assigned accounts. Anticipate, address, and communicate potential issues ensuring all stakeholders have time to act proactively. Continually seek new business opportunities and develop strategies to cultivate growth within assigned accounts. Enthusiastic leader who can communicate fresh ideas and creative solutions, a highly organized problem solver with the ability to think strategically. Ability to analyze data, present complex ideas succinctly, create actionable strategies, and tell a great story in order to facilitate collaboration and gain approvals. Conduct and lead quarterly business reviews internally and externally. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 8-10 years account management experience. Fluency in digital media channels, including paid search, paid social and programmatic; deep experience with large-scale traditional, digital, and technology projects. Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of all components of an integrated marketing program. Persuasive and polished client presentation and meeting facilitation skills. Team player who is proactive and jumps in where needed. Self-motivated, confident, and independent thinker. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand when a phone call will be more effective than communicating electronically. Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word. Experience in both B2B and B2C clients. Flexibility to travel up to 20%. Aligned with Levelwing’s principles.
