Job Description

Our Management Liability practice is looking for an Account Coordinator to join their collaborative and industrious Representations and Warranties team – this team works in the exciting world of mergers and acquisitions. Location is not important as the team is spread across the country. Some legal knowledge or experience is preferable but not essential, as full training will be given. Clear communication is key as you will be working with and building relationships with people across diverse disciplines. In addition, the candidate must be highly organized, motivated, resourceful and a quick learner. What you will be doing: Set up new business files and populate with documents given when new deals come in Send out, collect and organize clearance of non-disclosure agreements between the underwriting market and the client (full training will be given). Track submissions and responses in order to feedback to underwriter market at end of marketing process Send out non reliance letters to appropriate third party providers on a deal and track their execution to forward to underwriters (full training will be given) Assist in the organization of diligence calls Update specifications on agency management system with current account information provided by service team Prepare and transmit invoices in accordance with WS Service Standards Work with accounting to resolve client billing issues Follow up for subjectivities after policy placement Tracking premium payment to ensure speedy payment to underwriters Chasing for final policy Updating wording library and entering deal data into database What you should already have: Minimum of one year customer service and/or work experience Very strong communication skills - oral, written, phone and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and build client relationships Strong analytical, organization and time management skills Ability to work as a team player Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and PowerPoint desired High school diploma.
