Job Description

Ajilon is eagerly seeking a highly organized, hardworking and self-motivated Account Coordinator for our client located in City of Industry. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for working directly with the sales, customer service and procurement team in order to execute the process of all orders. The ideal candidate will help to identify ways to be more effective and efficient by contributing ideas for improvement. Job Duties: Responsible for working for and supporting the sales, customer service and procurement/purchasing team Responsible for executing the processing of all orders and ensuring the accuracy of all orders by way of communication throughout the organization Scheduling and coordinating shipments to ensure orders are received in a timely manner Ensure all orders meet client specifications and that enough raw material is in house to successfully fill orders Work with the production team to make sure all goods will remain on schedule Maintain accurate records of inventory of raw materials and finished products Manage document retrieval process to ensure accurate filing system for all records Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: 3+ years’ experience of account coordination Proven track record of excellent client retention relationships Excellent communication skills and time management skills Strong computer skills with knowledge of Advanced functions in MS Excel Proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction High level of efficiency and accuracy Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
