Join SADA Systems as an Business Development Associate!

You will provide qualified leads to Business Development Managers and gather valuable account intelligence. As part of the sales process they will identify key decision makers, profile accounts, assess revenue potential and set appointments. Successful candidates will have an outbound mentality and should be analytical and data-centric.
Primary duties include the following:
Perform sales operations and manage and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Input data in an accurate and timely fashion on all customer contacts
Identify and qualify new business opportunities, and expand SADA’s footprint within existing accounts
Pass qualified leads to Business Development Managers
Communicate directly with customers; recommend high-level solutions based on customer needs; develop rapport and gather information that will allow us to improve our relations and close business
Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly quota
Review customer's current use of cloud and on-premises technology and identify new opportunities
Establish consultative approach with IT and Line-of-Business leaders to provide best of breed solutions
You Would Be Great For This Position If You Have:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Worked in a collaborative and team environment -- We want a team of Lebron’s, not Kobe’s (even though we still love Kobe)
Eagerness and willingness to learn
The ability to present complex technology in a non-technical way anyone can understand
2+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably cloud-based
Ability to speak publicly and do panel discussions
Experience in high stress situations, we need clutch players
