Chacka Marketing is seeking talented individuals to join our team as an Account Lead. The Account Lead is primarily responsible for the relationship health and overall growth of Chacka clients. As the primary point of contact for Chacka clients, the Account Lead also coordinates the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of clients within the execution framework. This person will focus on forging and strengthening long-term client relationships while articulating value and promoting mutual growth. Internally, the Account Lead ensures the smooth production of campaigns – from briefing SMEs and strategists, to managing budgets. The Account Lead will be expected to plan campaigns, and successfully develop business accounts creatively and financially, while playing a contributing role in Chacka’s new business efforts. Overall, this individual is extremely growth-minded and is excited by growing his, or her, clients’ businesses. Ongoing Responsibilities: Take the lead in clients’ marketing and advertising strategies Liaise with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis and strengthen key relationships Work closely with Strategic Director in the creation and coordination of strategic planning Create and document all testing plans and disseminate amongst internal stakeholders Routinely and effectively present strategic plans to clients and internal team members Accurately assess and report on Client Health Consistently and effectively manage clients’ expectations in terms of project scope, deliverable timelines and strategic priorities Extract data insights and translate those insights into a narrative that can be shared with the client in an ongoing cadence Define data sets and outline the ‘story’ for all Quarterly Business Reviews. Coordinate meeting and internal travel Effectively articulate the value of our services and expertise Ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables Proactively seek incremental ad dollars for upsell and cross-sell opportunities in the pursuit of year-over-year account growth Manage team resources based on project scope Manage timelines associated with client contracts including, but not limited to, renewal dates Provide internal spend forecasts quarterly Support Sales in driving new business Role Requirements: Significant experience in professional client relationship management Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business or a related field The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects Excellent written and oral communication skills Effective team management capabilities A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints Strong problem-solving skills Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms About Chacka: As a premier digital media agency, specializing in paid search, social and programmatic display, Chacka Marketing is passionate about being the first to market with emerging opportunities for our clients.
