Job Description

Franpos Inc. is looking for a mid-level inside sales representative. Duties include, but are not limited to: Utilize all prospecting techniques (cold calls, emails, campaigns, social media etc.) to schedule meetings with key decision makers interested in learning more about Franpos products and services Research prospective franchisors and partners, build target lists and ensure account and contact information are current in CRM Make outbound calls (50+ daily) on assigned accounts and marketing-generated inbound leads Record, organize and track progress using CRM Attain and exceed monthly quotas Actively participate in various sales and skills training, both company provided and self-paced Personalize outbound contact methods to best meet monthly and quarterly objectives Stay up-to-date with offerings and prospecting techniques Perform other duties as requested by leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 3 – 4 years of inside sales experience Experience within technology and service based organizations Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Inside Sales Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) Track record of successfully exceeding assigned goals Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM An understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent communication and qualifying skills Personal drive, energy and enthusiasm Self-starter with the ability to collaborate About Franpos is a breakthrough POS system designed exclusively for Franchisors ready to integrate and streamline operations to boost unit economics and repeat business.
