ReadyLIFT/AMI is seeking a well-qualified full time CSR/TSR for our Henderson, NV office! Job Description As member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing Customer Service and Technical Suspension Support to our valued customers, distributors and partners. Primary tasks include assistance with application look-up, order status inquiries, product-specific inquiries and processing sales orders, warranties and returns by phone and email in an efficient and courteous manner. Requirements Strong understanding of Auto and Truck Suspension Outstanding customer service & interpersonal skills Computer proficiency Positive, can-do attitude Ability to adapt and grow Self-motivated and professional work ethic Training & Compensation Product support training will be provided upon hiring.
