Mission HHAeXchange is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to assist Sales Leadership in the daily activity of running a sales organization. The Sales Coordinator is a high energy, self-motivated, organized, and results-driven individual with a strong interest in sales. What you’ll do Support sales leadership in daily tasks including data entry, operational projects, and scheduling Maintain data hygiene in SalesForce Enter all completed contracts into SalesForce Analysis of current customer’s invoices Assist sales operations and sales reps as necessary Prepare materials for demonstrations, conferences, and meetings Who you are Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and numbers-driven Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Expertise in Excel a must) Experience with Salesforce a plus Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or Economics Benefits We offer competitive pay with a flexible and affordable benefits program designed to help you be well, including: medical, dental & vision coverage, vacation & PTO, flexible spending accounts, long term disability insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
