To double down on that success, we're looking for a manager with a proven track record and emphasis on structure and process to lead our sales team. If that's you, come help us reshape logistics. Together we'll replace tired and comfortable incumbents with a modern marketplace built around speed, ease of use and fairness.
As the VP of Sales, you'll hire, guide and develop our sales team to ensure we reach our goals for growth and retention together. You'll report directly to the CEO in addition to working closely with our marketing and expansion teams.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has demonstrated their ability in build a world class sales organization through assembling talent, driving with data, intelligent goal setting and true accountability.
What you'll get to do:
Evaluate sales funnels and customer data to create a powerful sales strategy.
Find, hire and train exceptional sales talent.
Set, monitor and manage team performance metrics.
Test and uncover strategies that accelerate and expand revenue.
Help architect and continually improve our go-to-market strategy.
Act as an entrepreneur with the team to get things done with autonomy.
What success looks like in this role:
4+ years of experience managing and scaling a successful sales team in a high growth environment - preferably in SaaS or logistics.
2 + years of experience as a top sales performer yourself.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and data driven.
Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and accountability.
Familiarity using modern CRM and marketing automation software.
