Key Responsibilities Work as a member of a local team to understand key business messages and translate them into solutions messages Commission and manage diverse marketing and sales projects, ensuring high quality, value for money & ultimately generation of qualified software leads, in line with the local business area and company strategy brand guidelines as well as deadlines Facilitate and host TECHNIA North America events Prepare, post and promote engaging conversations for TECHNIA North America website and social media platforms Conduct market research. Analyse and evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitor activity Write copy for diverse marketing distribution (brochures, press releases, blogs, website etc.) Understand TECHNIA product portfolio and work closely with clients to understand the benefits of our products and solutions and translating them into content for marketing messaging Maintain liaison with suppliers, printers and designers Any other tasks that are reasonably assigned to you by your line manager, including development activities, which are within your capability and grade Relationships To demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company image Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments Good interpersonal skills and ability to build close knit relationships with outside agencies Essential Requirements A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, Atlassian platform and marketing software (i.e. CRM, Adobe Suite) Excellent project management skills; self-sufficient in prioritising, organising workloads, planning and motivating others Attention to detail and good copywriting skills Experience of marketing in a diverse engineering B2B environment and especially across multiple countries Managing product launches Excellent project management and the ability to communicate plans in writing and verbally Sensitivity and professionalism applied to diverse customer bases with respect to issues of confidentiality Able to work independently and as part of a team Willing to travel to clients’ sites Experience Customer Relations: 5 years Salesforce: 3 years Marketing: 5 years Technical Writing: 5 years Enterprise Software: 5 years Product Lifecycle Management: 5 years Social Media Management: 5 years Social Media Marketing: 5 years Content Marketing: 3 years Desirable Requirements CIM qualified with 5+ years’ solid marketing background and extensive experience across the full marketing mix Working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop Working knowledge of Salesforce US Driving License Experience in CATIA and CAD Education and License Bachelor’s PCM (Professional Marketing Marketeer) (Preferred) Your Application Do you recognize yourself in the above profile, and are you interested in this challenge?
