The ideal candidate is people-focused, has excellent problem solving skills, and is comfortable helping to onboard new clients and conducting training sessions.RESPONSIBILITIESWork 1-on-1 with clients via phone, email, live chat, and webinar meetings.;Facilitate new client onboarding and implementation.;Maintain excellent relationships with current customers ; provide unparalleled support.;Track clients; platform usage and help increase their interaction with WorkOrder.es.;Suggest ways to improve the Customer Success team on a continual basis.;Be an intermediary between our customers ; the rest of WorkOrder.es team.REQUIREMENTS2-3 years related account management/sales experience.;Unparalleled problem solving skills, no matter what type of problem.;Quick learner able to adapt to new situations.;Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in order to explain technical ideas to nontechnical people.;Excellent time management skills. You;re a self-starter comfortable getting the job done without direct supervision.;Incredible attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.;Expert at MS Office Suite, Google Apps. Knowledge of Zopim, Zendesk, Salesforce and/or other CSM tools is a plus.;Real Estate Technology and/or SaaS company experience a plus.;Passionate about technology.;Easy going and laid back attitude.;
