The Sales Engineer supports the Percolate sales team in overcoming technical issues and problems encountered both during the initial sales process and during existing client projects. The Sales Engineer will assist in communication of existing Percolate technical capabilities and infrastructure. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will help identify and scope custom engineering projects within key strategic clients. They will assist Implementation Engineering in delivering custom projects.MUST HAVES;-Comfortable describing technical requirements and process to senior client representative;-Flexible problem solving skills and ability and desire to learn quickly;-Basic ability with at least one programming language, preferably Python or PHP;-Able to learn and apply new concepts independentlyNICE TO HAVES-Knowledge and interest in all common social platforms;-Prior experience working with APIs, preferably REST;-Prior work with CMS, DAM or other marketing systems;-Experience in the contract review process and ability to read/edit a legal document;-Worked on a Software as a Service company/product before, and understand what a software license is and how they are sold.
