Description
The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance for Point of Sale (POS) systems, peripherals, hardware, + software. This position triages multiple incoming priorities, understands business’ needs, + confirms + documents the response to inquiries/requests/issues. In addition, the IT Support Specialist ensures business needs are addressed in a timely manner + delivers the highest level of satisfaction.
THE GIG
Provides technical support to corporate, field, + Shop teams for technical inquiries, issues, incidents, + requests in a timely manner to maintain a positive + productive work environment
Escalates issues + partners accordingly with internal/external teams to troubleshoot + effectively resolve issues
Identifies systemic/recurring issues + builds + executes processes, procedures, and/or training to effectively address them
Documents resolution steps + actions as well as other processes + procedures to effectively maintain a knowledge base...
