Job Brief
The Construction Coordinator coordinates construction efforts through in-house and contract labor for new construction and rebuild projects.
Responsible for safety and quality of work performed within the construction department.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate construction efforts through in-house and contract labor for new residential and commercial construction and rebuild/upgrade projects
Generate desk top quotes and final quotes in the field for video, voice and data projects with quick turn-around times to sales executives and managers
Coordinate with engineers and developers in designing the plant; Draw and sketch installation and location of equipment such as amplifiers, power supplies and cables; Complete material orders needed for planned construction
Maintain inventory for maintenance and construction materials
Monitor contractor performance; Perform quality checks on completed work; Ensure adherence to terms and conditions of agreements;
