Job Description We are looking for high-energy, sales Account Managers with a background in SaaS or software sales for our North American sales team with a background in enterprise applications sales, SaaS, cloud software solutions, enterprise consulting, enterprise integration or other enterprise solution selling. Ideal candidates should possess strong business to business sales and account management experience selling to the senior executive level. Your background in business to business technology sales, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Medical device industries is a plus. SureClinical offers a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be provided the tools, resources, and outstanding leadership to sell health sciences application software solutions. Tasks and Assignments: Manage and develop your own leads: utilize online, offline sources and existing customers to cultivate new leads and develop/maintain your pipeline Work with our Market Development team to qualify inbound leads Make a high volume of daily outbound sales calls to companies in the health sciences market Prioritize sales opportunities based on company objectives Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business: make introductory calls, assess business goals through qualifying, manage relationships across all market segments Present to C-level executives the value of our suite of applications Deliver product presentations via web conferencing technology Maintain relationships with designated accounts and upsell new products Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals Maintain sales activities, opportunities, accounts, email correspondence in Salesforce.com Create outbound email campaigns and prospect communication for territory Accurately forecast sales in Salesforce, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers Required Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ sales experience in SaaS software sales, with the ability to sell at the senior executive level. Track record of over achieving quota Experience closing complex sales cycles in a consultative manner Direct and partner sales experience Confident, articulate, and professional speaking and presenting abilities Candidates must demonstrate an ability to clearly communicate with customers, prospects and partners. A business email writing test is required of all applicants. Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred Desired Skills and Experience Previous cloud application software experience in one or more of the following desired: Veeva, Medidata, Oracle Healthscience applications, Siebel, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, SAP or other enterprise applications in Pharma, life sciences or healthcare Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Excellent customer and personnel references Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills About SureClinical SureClinical is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
