The Manager of Exchange Visitor Programs is the Responsible Officer (RO) of two exchange visitor (J-1) programs as designated by the U.S. Department of State. The Manager is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the programs, ensuring compliance with government regulations and leading the daily operations to deliver excellent experience to enterprise clients and individual participants. The Manager works with global enterprise sales team to grow program and expand customer base; and works with finance, IT, outside vendors, customer experience and other departments to deliver the highest quality experience to current and potential customers. The Manager represents SHRM with the Alliance for International Exchange community, maintains DOS documents, contracts, legal and financial records, and manages budgets.
